Betty Burgess + Stanley Dixon = Dream Team
The combined efforts of designer Betty Burgess and architect Stanley Dixon are nothing short of a magical lesson in restraint. Dixon was hired by Atlanta based developer John Mears and given free reign to design the future home of major league baseball player, Derek Lowe. What he created was simple, substantial and classic. A home with with incredible symmetry and meticulous editing. Burgess, the Atlanta based designer, was entrusted by the Lowes to complete the project in a miraculous 2 months (that’s some crazy), she clearly met her challenge and did it well. The home was featured in the August 2010 issue of Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles.

Some people have it tough, don’t they?
They do, all that gloriousness to enjoy everyday, must be exhausting.
